Can you help us on any of the following dates, mostly cleaning, clearing, painting and odd jobs? Any time you can spare – even an hour – is hugely appreciated:
Tuesday 25th August – Day
Thursday 27th August – Day
Saturday 29th August – Day
Thursday 10th September – Day – TBC – Hanging Work
We are also desparate for the following volunteers for the Launch night of TAP on Thursday 10th September (6-9pm):
Cloakroom Attendants & Parking Marshals – can you contribute an hour to do a shift with the coats, or guiding cars in to legal spaces onsite?
If you can help out with any of the above slots, please email us at this address with the heading ‘LAUNCH VOLUNTEERING’ and let us know which time/s you are available.
Thank You so much!
PS We are featured in the Evening Echo this evening – Page 20!

Part of the CoExist ethic is to be as green as we can – from the buildings we recycle(!) through to waste minimising by e-publicity and viral/social networking rather than printed materials.
We’re currently trying to encourage visitors to the space to use public transport and cycles and are trying to source floor “bar” type racks – we aren’t keen to buy new as there must be a way we can re-use scrap iron or similar to do this more responsibly – and more uniquely perhaps. We wondered whether you might have any ideas how we could go about this or if you knew anyone who might help with recycling the scrap metal into such a thing?
