Anyone interested in running a solar energy workshop??

Is there anybody in the Westcliff/Southend locality that has knowledge of photovoltaic sytems and that might be interested in running a solar panel instalation workshop later in the summer?

I am building a small shed office in my garden which I intend to power with photovoltaic panels to run lights, stereo, laptop, etc, and thought this might be a good opportunity to run a day workshop where other folks might also be empowered and learn such skills. However my own abilities are less than basic, and despite reading a few books on the subject its still not something I feel confident about… But I’m sure that with a few of us together we could learn skills and gain confidence and knowledge collectively!

If you are interested in either leading or attending such a workshop please leave a message on this page

  2. This is what i have focused my learning on, I have Quals in PV, now am looking for more hands on rather than book based learning. There are many applications to these non grid-tie systems, We must set a date to work towards for this workshop
